I got mine from Tom Wood's Drive Shaft . They are 2 ", had to grind down like
Fireball Said. Has all different thicknesses.
It looks like it's hauling A lot of Weight around .
That is an oil slinger it keeps the front input bearing lubed . Very important .
Pull the front bearing cover, inspect the bearing as this is normally the first one to go.
I could sure use the rear end if it was in Colorado.
1974 was stock with 4:1 ratio first gear in the T18 Transmission .
Back in the old days we would use 1-1/2 front seals , 1- new one and half of the old one .
This would seal the input shaft .
