Some where on this site I saw that the wheel hub, locking hubs stud replacement for the bolts was 3/16 by 2 1/2"

Locally I have not been able to find anything that matched or that would work. Does anyone have a part number for the correct stud?

    thanks

Maybe I'm not clear on what you need, but I'd have thought it was 3/8"

Yes, 3/8". I bought studs from McMaster-Carr. It's either 3/8"-16 or 3/8"-24 - I think it's 3/8"-16, 16 threads per inch. 24 and 16 are the two standard thread pitches for a 3/8" bolt. Your local hardware store probably has a thread gauge you can use to measure the bolts, if you are not sure. Then measure the length you need and buy studs, washers and self-locking nuts. McMaster-Carr will have all that stuff. Loctite the studs into the hub.
