Never done any brake work, but I have had two master cylinders installed on my 74 (77 frame and running gear) and I still have no brake pedal when hit the brakes hard. Not safe to drive now as pedal will go all the way to floor unless pump them to stop. Assuming the two different mechanics knew what they were doing when they installed the masters, anybody have any idea as to what needs my attention? Thanks.

I suggest you follow the diagnostic chart in the TSM. Better to read the whole chapter.

    Front disks or not?

If you have drums on the front, the '76 manual will work - http://oljeep.com/gw/76_tsm/Section9.pdf

Even if you have disks, the section for the Wagoneer with front disks will still be ok - but realize that there will be differences in the design of the brake system.

A '77 TSM will be an exact match, if you have '77 running gear.
