    Can I mount 235/85r16's on a 16x6 re-pop from kaiserwillys.com ? Let me know what y'all think. Thanks,,,

    Tire size converts to 31.7 x 9.25 r16. People mount 12.50 wide tires on 8 in wheels without problems so I wouldn't see any issues with a 9.25 width on a 6 inch wide wheel.

    the wider tires on skinny rims help with pushing the beads tighter to the rim which help when your aired down too.
