Front Axle U-Bolts

I just want to check that I'm not crazy, before I go ordering replacement U-Bolts for the front axle.

I apparently wasn't *really* paying attention when I took it apart, but can somebody verify that the "Inner" U-bolt actually rides on the collar of the pumpkin, on the passenger side, as opposed to the axle tube?

Mine appears to have been put together that way, which makes for 3) 7/16 X 2.250 U-Bolts, and 1) 7/16 X 2.750 U-bolt

I don't really see any other way it could go together, given the leaf spring width, but it also doesn't seem right to me...
