Hi - it's probably 3/8" or 1/2" NPT (National Pipe Thread) size. The NPT standard refers to the interior diameter of the pipe, and the outside diameter is significantly larger than the nominal size of the pipe. Here is one description of the sizes - http://www.engineersedge.com/hardware/taper-pipe-threads.htm - you can measure this with your $10 Harbor Freight vernier caliper, or you can go to the Home Depot or Lowes and buy a couple of pipe nipples in 3/8" and 1/2" NPT for a couple of bucks and try them. Or take the manifold and try them in the store. Should be a NPT size, regardless.

The DP Offy intake has a couple size holes there you can use. They are all NPT thread - just put mine back on a rig and I use two of the ports. I keep brass fittings for size adaption in the shop for just such a deal.

Yup - went out and looked. Mine has one 3/8" and two 1/2" NPT fittings in the water jacket are for the intake.

I have a dual port Offy with a holley 4bbl carb 390cfm. I noticed there are different ports than the original intake. How and where do the hoses connect to the offy pictures would be great. started to work on getting my engine up to par now and looking to paint the engine block and change the seals, but came to this intake situation and could use assistance.
