    yes but you will need to open the center hole on the drums or find some 11" jeep drums. that is if you are leaving your hubs alone.

    I am not too worried about drums. I think I have some new 11" Jeep drums on the way some day form a member here. Are the backing plates a direct bolt on?

    for dana 25/27 yes, those are what I just put on mine and I like them alot.

    should be a bolt on for D44 as well, I haven't mounted my rear ones yet. you may want to wait and watch, I bought 2 sets of backing plates for less than $15 per set.
