Didn’t get the jeep running yesterday, so I built this welding table out of 1/2 plate. It was all going to go in a dumpster. Been needing this for years to do mig welding and metal prep outside my shop. All free material aside from the consumables.

I have a nearly identical table, wheels and all without the welder mounted to it, that's a hell of an idea.. I may have to rethink mine..

My welder isn't mounted, just hanging out on the shelf that is 1/4 plate. I have to take my welder in and out of my basement. The gas bottle holder is nice. I always just chanced it with it falling over. Never mounted it proper, but now I have no issues. The whole thing rolls around very easy.

The best part... I have another that is identical but not a roller.. It will be converted soon.. I love the nice rolling steel tables.. Especially since I have a lot more shop floor to roll around on..
