    Good afternoon everybody!

Trying to complete my front corner project. Disc brakes, 2 hole knuckle and more.
I’m down to caster shims and hardware. I have WFO 4 degree shims, Dabella’s has NOS spring tie plates at a decent price.
What I am looking for guidance on is the U bolts and center pins.
My springs are Rancho. This is what they are offering for my jeep

In light of a recent conversation on this forum I thought I would want the “long” nuts. If this is what they’re selling is this sufficient?
Anybody have a better source (1969 D27) or Idea?
On the Jeep now are 3 longs and a short on each side.
    Look forward to your thoughts!

I guess I missed the other discussion but if the kit supplys the nuts then they should be appropriate for the bolts under normal use. There are longer nuts that came with the bolts I'm about to use. you can use a 2nd nut if you feel the need.

I used probably those same Rancho bolts and nuts for years with no problem. But I also had u-bolt skids under there to slide over rocks, and I recommend that if you go in the rocks.

Those are the correct bolts and come with standard nylock nuts. Still recommending the long nuts 1/2"NF. You may need a longer center bolt and open the holes in the spring plate
from 7/16" to 1/2". Use a die grinder to open up hole from the spring side out.

Good advice above on the skid plates and longer nuts.

Just wanted to add that grade 8 socket cap (allen head) bolts work pretty well for a center pin. It’s a good idea to have some extras as well.
