A Driveshaft Surprised Me

    I cut the rear driveshaft that came out of my Jeepster Commando to use in the 4spd swap. This is what I found. It looks to be original, but can’t say for sure. Has anyone seen a factory driveshaft that wasn’t made from DOM tube?

    I guess thats why factory drive shafts need soo much weight to get them balanced.
