Plenty of pictures and a good resource for those building. It looks like more of a repaint job on an originally decent jeep and not
a restoration. The dents on the front of the windshield frame are a detraction. Curious what this fetches.

That is crazy money but people that live in Scottsdale have that kind of coin. Probably selling cause it left a drip on his driveway.

 

The super obvious weld joints where the floorboards kick up kind of drive me nuts on an otherwise pretty nice Jeep.

 

Welds and all, I would not tow mine off the original light gauge steel bumper unless it was just around the block.
I know there are those that do though. Way too much liability for me and possible loss.

 

$28,500 worth of nice? I would'a taken "old blue" off your hands and liked it way more.

That body has been worked over in a lot of places. I can’t understand why the passenger floor has such deep rust pits, when it has been replaced? Non-stock welds around the tailgate opening, and no stake pockets on the corners. I’m guessing those are ventilation control knobs stacked on the dash?
All anyone sees is relatively fresh paint. This is one of the first BAT auctions where the commenters don’t have a clue. Usually, there are very knowlegible folks following. I certainly wouldn’t be bidding either!

Not what I expected. The seller broke even and the buyer really wanted it. How things jeep have changed!
