    85 and 86 are awkward years. That one is just like mine, 2pc rear main, flat tappets, tbi, low cfm heads. The casting of the block is a little heavier and they hold more coolant. I've sent my temp guage full circle more than once and it can be a bit shorter front to rear with the short water pump and accessories.

    It's usable and everything 350 works except the crank, cam, connecting rods and rod bearings.

    An 87-94 without balance shaft will have a 1pc rear main seal, roller cam / roller lifters.

    The price is on target.
