Boobs

Old Blue grew a pair of boobs this afternoon.


That solved the rattles in the Kayline tire carrier. It would have been a 15 minute job had it not needed those spacers. Those turned into an hour whittling job in the shop. The bump stops were purchased for the JKs and then I had them on my 3B for a bit before I came up with a better engineering solution for it-so they were just bench space occupiers.

Of course we had to take it for a test run. All of these are on our own place, some are on the Forest Service easement road through it.

That cj5 is the same color as my dad's jeep...used to be blue and rust!

 

Empire Blue-same color my 67 is.

 

Came for the boobs, stayed for the kayline bumpers

 

And sort of disappointed…. lol. See you used that hat rack and solved a problem. Love it!

 

I was honestly expecting the bird.

 

Nice work! I had to do some similar engineering when I changed the wheel style on my wrangler.
Speaking of boobs, my wife calls the front turn signals the "orange boob" style.

How did you teach your dog to drive stick?

 

Just had to glue the treats to the shift knob. The brake and clutch took considerably more time to master.
