    I have been through the same problem several times. It has been air bubble problem each time. (system was completely drained and refilled) My 2 cents is to let engine idle w rad. cap off. Put a sheet of newspaper in front of rad. (keeps temp up and t-stat opening more often) You will have to baby sit her for a while. My last encounter was 45 mins. Good luck!

    HMMM I'm beginning to wonder if the overheating is from all the hot air Dave blows, telling me he is going to drive it in to work. He has been telling us that for almost exactly a year. In fact it was November 14 of last year he was supposed to drive it in for the maiden voyage. Needless to say our shop got a pizza out of it :D:D:D
