Welcome from just down Hwy 276 in Easley, SC (near Greenville). I grew up around the Table Rock/Ceasars Head area. Beautiful country up that way. My grandmother grew up in Brevard. One day I'll inherit some property on East Fork, just behind the Conestee Falls area.

If you need anything - give a yell. For junkyard Jeep parts, check with Iron Man at 864.878.2903 (Pickens County). Be sure to make the trip down to get the stuff. I wouldn't trust them to ship it (at least not in a timely fashion).

Like the others, I'd love to see pics of your ride.

BTW: The roll bar from any '75 or older will work (if it's the "stock" single hoop with two down-tubes).

Looks like a pretty good rig.
    What are your plans?
Did you make a decision on the brakes?
Have you made any progress since you posted in October?

I have redone the 9 inch brakes with new wheel cylinders, shoes were like new and turned the drums. Rebuilding the bell crank, and the carb. I have a question about the windshield gasket. Can anybody identify what I need to replace the gasket? and what syle of mirrors for the side.

Ive found the best place to get parts is jeepdoc.com or 4wd.com. I too have a 63 with the f head and 98 trans, in the process of mating a 225 dauntless to it and putting it all back together.

    Welcome btw...
