lost gas cap

went deer hunting yesterday in my 1960 cj5 and lost the gas cap......It was the original.........my uncle bought this jeep new in 1960 and gave it to me 20 years ago and I just lost the damn gas cap. I think I'll go look for it tommorrow. The mercruiser 140 has been running like a champ.

Bummer. I lost my cap in Big Bear. Then proceeded to lose all my gas. Thank goodness for dual tanks. And thanks to Barry's Granddaughter for finding the cap.

I'll take you up on that if I don't find mine, I'm gonna go see if I can find it today. I haven't seen a replacement in years that fit correctly.
