My local Napa asks for #s that I can't find on my carb. It's on a '70 Jeepster V6. Anyone have that part # handy? Can I take a carb off an evenfire and bolt it up? The Jeep hasn't moved since last spring when I took the carb off, and need to move it before the snow flies.

    Thanks, Paul

I bought my kit from Napa. seems like when I got it it turned out to be one kit for all of the 2G's. I'll see if I can find my left-overs for some better info.

Does your carburetor still have the little metal tag attached to one of the screws?

Yes it does. Is that the part #? I wasn't sure if that was a rebuild tag or what. Of course the "good" Napa guy got a better job.

I will get the number off my rebuild kit in the garage, it is a NAPA kit and fits all 2G's including the one on my Ford powered boat. I have to go I will post it later this evening!

Shew! I'm glad you found the number Gregg. I found out my kit is buried in-a-box in-a-box somewhere deep in the garage.
