PTO with Overdrive?

    My 62' CJ-5 has the PTO unit driven winch attached to the original drivetrain. I have always wanted to install an overdrive, but my understanding is that the PTO unit attaches at the same location as the overdrive unit. Does anyone know if the overdrive unit can be installed at the same time as the PTO? Thanks!
