Can someone tell me what type of wiper moter went here and where can I get one, I'm looking for a effective and reliable one. there are also two holes one third and two thirds down the windshield from the picture, I'm assuming thats for the fluid squirt things... Thanks for any help

Looks like the standard motor for that year. Krage has 'em:

But there's a metal cover that goes over it and bolts to the 'shield.

Having a hard time grasping the extra holes you speak of. My squirty-things are actually one unit centerd on the cowl that squirt up at a 45* to the window, and the pump is a hand-operated assembly on the dash.

Edit... opps pic is for wrong year...

They are the same motor they just go on the outside of the Jeep on the early ones instead of inside like the 72 and later models.

The 4WD vendors will have a motor for '68-'75, and one for '76-'83. Both motors are a 2-speed, self-park, 3-wire plug, and the only difference is in the location of the mounting bracket at the end of the motor. The early version will have the bracket centered on the motor body, the later version has a hole that's offset from the body. The later version usually sells $12 - $15 cheaper. eBay had the best prices that I could find.

Thought they didn't move inside until '76. They kept the same frame from '69-'75 I thought?

The washer sprayers are on the cowl.

Ahaaa! I'm not the only one that pulled his hair out over this! I found my motor at Parts Plus auto store there about $90. But the arms inside were different lengths than 4WD Hardware offered for my 1974,so I custom built them.

I'm still a little confused about what parts I need to buy to build the windshield wipers, I'm assuming the moter, cover, the arms on the inside the windshield, the two arms for the outside, the actual wipers, and a switch for it, anything else?

Just a suggestion: When you wire the motor/switch, allow enough wire behind the dash to permit your windshield to fold down. The excess wire should pull out through a grommeted hole in the dash... and when the windshield is raised agasin, just stuff the excess back through the hole.
