   I want to replace my 1973 fuel and temp gauges with 2-1/16 gauges.
   
   What are the output ranges (ohms) for the stock sending units?

   for both fuel and temp:
   
   E or 100* = 72 ohms
   
   1/2 or 161* = 23 ohms
   
   F 0r 250* = 9 ohms
   
   Note: above taken from the 72 FSM
   can't see why 73 wouldn't be the same
