another Newbee

    Hey guys im looking at a commando not sure what year it is but no its the cj front end so if Im correct its a 67-71. its been sitting up for 15yrs or so so Im lookining at redoing the body and frame from the ground up, gonna do a complete frame off but Im thinking I might update drive train to a ls1 turbo 400 and atlas, and maybe waggy 44's front and rear. I have a 1 ton avalable for a donner has anyone drop in a big block and fullwidth axles, just curious. Would save alot of money on goingwith the one ton not sure its worth it. I know guys do fullwidth in cj7 and yjs all the time but havent seen in a commando yet but I am new to commando world. thanks for the help and I apprecate any advice you guys want to give.
