350 Tranny in a CJ5

    I have seen a couple adds on Craigslist and EBay of CJ5's with V8's and 350 Automatic Tanny's. Is it easy to fit a 350 in a Early CJ? I thought it was to long. Do you think these are the Chevy 350 Tranny's they have? I have one from a older Blazer that needs to be rebuilt and my 3 speed currently in the Jeep is shot. If it will fit, I would like to use the 350. What does everyone think? How do you think they fit it?
