helo everyone my first post here. i have been getting some good info here. i hope i can contribute some too. i am working on a F-134 and i need to get a pilot to do exhaust seats. I also have a set of old souix valve seat reamers i could use but i seem to be without the pilot needed for those too. does anyone know what pn# and places to buy these. my black and decker expandable pilots are too long for the valve guides that are in the exhaust the guides are 2.7 inches long and i dont know if there original lenth. i will let you know if i get set up for this. bring over some  and will geter done

there is a small engine / motorcycle supply outfit in florida that sells all kinds of pilots including adjustable ones. if they do not have what you need they can probably help you. it is precision mfg & sales co. in clearwater florida . the newest phone # i have is 9 years old but is probably good it is 1 800 237 5947 or 1813 442 4025. they used to have all kinds of off the wall tools for valvve in block engines and probably still do good luck

the driver is a black and decker and it uses a 5 sided drive to turn the stone holder. i got it with the souix valve grinder i have. does the souix expandable pilots you have use a 3/8 shaft the stone holder rides on? is there a spiral cut gruve on that shaft? mabe they are interchangable. i only have about 6 or 7 pilots for it. there have got to be alot of diffrent sizes out there. the one that fit in the guide was to long for the lenth of valve guide but mabe a little short on the stone holding shaft for a stable grind. thanks for the replies guys i will call those guys and keep on looking for the right set up. ill let you know if i find one that works well. thanks again
