I have a guy at my local FLAPS. that has a narrow track dana 30 (disc brakes) and a dana 44 for sale. He wants a $100 for both. Is this a good deal?:?

I think so. I think my deal last night was really good too. D27/44 for 200, fresh breaks all around, no leaks. Saves me some time and money on my project, and parts are ready for them :)

what is the 44 worth anyway? its from a 72-75 with the center pumkin not offset. i was just gonna keep it as a extra for my 71 in case something broke, I know it wont work with mine as it is offset but i have a d20 also so its not a big deal if i had to swap.

The dana 44 will be a centered diff, it won't work unless you change transfercases to a dana 20.
