I put on a set of 32 inch BFG All Terrains over the weekend and the sagging rear of the Yota was mucho evident. So a call was made to summit racing for an Add-A-Leaf kit. Got to my house in a day and then it took bout 2 hours to install. Not bad i got about 2 1/2 lift on the rear and now it is raked forward a touch which i like much better. I didnt want to spend a bunch on a lift kit since i will eventually swap in a solid front end.

Kind of funny, the Add-A-Leaf will stiffen up the rear suspension, but going down the road it seems flexier. Thats Odd.

IF you ever move a ibt closer i can help. Worst thing bout the solid axle swap is saving the money for it. I already have my front axle, and i was thinknig bout try to make all the brackets and such for me, but the kits available just make it worth the money because they include everything you need and then some. My issue is i do not need to g o5 inches, i am looking for a 3-4 inhc lift, i dont need to go nuts.

Naw, I'm kidding about SFA, but not about coil spacers... Why does the kit include that lift? For the crawlers?

You can get the kits in various hieghts. To fit many size tires. They are aimed to those who want to run 37s and have an incredible flex. I really do not want to go larger than 35s but that is a loooong time away i will probably stick with 33s for a while. But the kit has everything, steering coeecrtions (high steer) rebuild kit for the front axle, they thoguht of everything. I did price getting it all seperate and you know it is just worth it to get the kit. Hurts for the price but in the long run it is cheaper.

Coils shouldnt be that hard, jsut get the coil spring compressor and it should be cake.

Flexier? Changes the weight distribution some. More weight on the front -> bouncier/flexier feel?

    Looks good.

Looks good Dan, 32"s look perfect. I always liked that era of 4Runner with the removable top.
