Broke a bolt, how do I get it out?

    I have used the mig and welded a nut to the bolt. In fact I did that today to get out the screw that holds the brake pedal shaft. Works good I have done that in a bunch of places where 40 years of rust has a better hold on things than you can get.

    don't forget to use some never-seize when you install the bolts, or you'll be revisiting this.
