Hey fellas I've researched to no avail, and without a manual I'm SOL. So with that could someone tell me the torque specs to rebuild a 25/27 hub unit with warn premiums. Thanks in advance.

what specs theres only one allen head screw and the 6 flange bolts :) I just make them tight as you feel comfortable. I usually take it real easy with the hub bolts because they often strip out

Figured the torque specs were around there...working on IH tractors I'm used to this sort of thing.

Yep - my mechanic friend at the Jeep dealer called it 'the calibrated forearm.'

Use the right size wrench and snug them down. A 1/4" drive ratchet should be plenty.

Most of deal with the PO's torque spec: "tighten it till it starts to strip, then back it off a 1/4 turn" Just remember to check them occasionally, they can tend to loosen up.
