Firewall mods for heater?

    I've gone through a million old posts on this, but couldn't get this answered....

    Will a Mojave heater fit in the stock firewall opening in a '62 CJ5? If not, could someone show pics/mods? I'd love to do any cutting before paint, and I don't want to order one if this is impossible. If the mods are minor, I'll order one and test fit it myself.

    Don't know about the Mojave, but the Moab unit from Summit fit inside under the dash on the passenger side. The only thing I did to the firewall was an oval hole for the two heater hoses....

    You'd be better off filling the stock hole with vac brakes, IMHO.
