Soft Top Bow Measurement

    Has anyone made their own soft top framework? Do you still have measurements? Did you make it for stock top or for a top you made for the framework?

    I did it for a jeepster commando once. The way i did it was to make the framework,put it all on,then make all the adjustments i could think of. I was making a half top for it. Then i took it to an a place to have the top made. The hardest part was making the frame work around the door windows, but it was not to bad.
    I am planning on making a half soft top for my CJ5 soon and will do it the same way.
    I used the top bows for some other CJ and cut them to fit The frame around the doors was made out of unthreaded rod from home depot.
