I have a front sway bar with quick disconnects and I wondered if anyone has run a rear sway bar with quick disconnects? Does it help much with leaf springs in the rear or is more for coil over suspension?

Even most TJ offroaders, with coil springs, don't have disconnects on their rear sway bars. The back flexes pretty good with the rear bar connected.
I don't think I've ever seen a rear sway bar with disconnects. If it comes to the point where the rear sway bar is limiting someone's off road capability, then the rear sway bar is most often simply removed.

So do you think a $152 cost for Addco rear sway bar is woth getting and installing before I put the body back on?

What kind of symptoms does a sway bar solve?

Did you add them to "Pete"?

If so how tough was it?

Congrats on the win over KU!

I just reacquired my 75 CJ5, that I purchased 15 years ago. Now I have a little more cash to fix it up, and make it ride nice.

No, but I have considered it. We do a lot of road travel and it would be nice. I got to figure a way around the PS box.

Thanks, it was definitely a feel good win.:v6:
