    Hello to all... I'm new to this board and want to thank you all for all the great posts. I've never had to post a question before because someone has most always asked and answered everything.

    My question is, does anyone know where I can find a shop manual for rebuilding the SM465? I've searched all over the internet and this board... I found a post but the links were old.

    Any help is greatly appericiated.

    Also, just about any GM Unit Repair manual from 68-91 will have the info. This is the manual that shows how to fix transmissions, steering boxes, and differentials from any particular year. Available from just about any GM parts supplier.
