Ok so yesterday at work I rebuilt mybrake and clutch pedle linkage, the ones that are on the same shaft. and put them back in last night. I ran my clutch cable to try out my clutch and no go the peddle wont disengage the clutch the cables fine and when the cables not attatched the pedel moves but the fork wont move more then a 1/4 of an inch. Could it be that my throwout bearing is cocked to one side and not fully seated on my presure plate?

Not likely.. The throwout slides on the bearing retainer and is a a pretty close fit. Unless the throwout is completely worn out with bearing balls missing would it be able to be cocked to one side.

Maybe make sure the cable is working properly. Mine seemed to work fine and then one day it just got too tight. I think there was a ton of dirt etc...in the housing.
