Transmission identification

    where do I find which transmission/transfercase I have? IS it marked on it and where.

    From the factory, there's a metal tag on each unit with 3 numbers - the Borg-Warner PN, the Jeep PN (9xxxxx) and the ID, such as T90. If you have a 3-speed, and its a stock '63 CJ5, you have a Borg-Warner T90 transmission and a Dana-Spicer 18 (D18) transfer case.

    Wow, I didn't even see a T14 in there either, I guess they desided there wasn't enough interest to keep them pages. But, they still have kits for them, listed under the conversion pages.

    Not blind. I believe they have parts for T14s and T15s somewhere on the site. The T15 must be too old or rare for them to cover it on the knowledge-base page. Or maybe there just aren't enough swaps involving T15s.
