I installed a Balkamp gas cap that I got from Napa for $7. It sealed great, didn't leak a drop on the canyon run that normally had my jeep dumping fuel all over the place with the stock cap.

I normally used up a half tank of gas on a day of trail riding, but I drove around even more with the new cap, and i'm still over 3/4 tank. I think the new gas cap paid for itself on it's first trip out! haha

I can't remember off hand, but they had it in thier catalog by my vehicle make/model. If you want the same one as me, I have a 1962 CJ5 (but doubt there's any difference).

It's even chrome and stock looking so it matches my Jeep pretty good!

The local NAPA has tried 3 or 4 times and ordered in the wrong cap every time ,so I just thought I would try and help them out ...
