Finished the crossmember last night and went for a little test cruise. Seems like I eliminated a squeak or two. Maybe the old mounts were squeaking.

Anyway, I climbed a small hill and twisted the frame enough to shear the pin that the clutch bellcrank slides onto off flush with the t-case.

This pin that I'm talking about is about 3/4" in diameter and is about 1-1/2" long and is screwed into the side of the t-case. One end of the clutch bellcrank slides over this pin and then the other end slides over another similar pin which is bolted to the frame.

No nut to get a hold off to unscrew it for replacement.

I think I can weld a bolt to it and then get a wrench on the bolt.

Would anyone have one of these laying around by any chance?

Also when/if I get this pin out for replacement, is oil going to pour out like a drain plug?
