Tube notcher slowly driving me insane....

    Now that I have a tube bender I figure next up is a notcher... I have the bearing block and shaft, made that myself as seen here on the JD2: except mine's 6" long with a 20" shaft

    I also got an old Rigid pipe vise as seen here:

    Has a 3 hole mounting pattern on the back

    Now I'm having a hard time designing a frame for it that will hold the vise and hold the bearing block in such a way that it will rotate/pivot....

    But now I have a pipe vise I want to use......I mean this thing is BIG though.....

    Any help or ideas for a rigid frame would be lovely....Thanks :)
