On the Ross steering box the column is part of the steering box. Can it be done? Probably with a lot of machine work and fabrication. Is it a simple proposition? Not really.
What kind of PTO winch do you have? I have a Koenig and power Saginaw steering. If you have a wide drum Ramsey then there may not be room. I had to move my winch towards the passenger side to make it fit, but both work good.

I'm not a big fan of this conversion for various reasons but Hermtheoverdriveguy.com (Herm Tilford, Brush Prairie, WA) has a power steering conversion that fits in the engine bay that may work for you.
