    My 56 went to a new owner in Bakerfield Calif. I am going to be doing another one. Just have to find it out there.

    Maybe he will chime in and get on this board. Nice guy who likes jeeps.

    I'll stand and be recognized as a proud '56 owner. Bad thing is it's under a tarp with no engine and won't see daylight until I finish the '75. Did all of the '56's have reverse shackles??? Mine does. Just wonderin'.

    I have two speedos...my original, and one that Grumpy58 gave me. Both of them have white numbers, 0-8. And both have broken needles!:mad: I can fix the one Grumpy gave me, he sent the needle with it. I haven't taken mine apart yet to see if the needle is inside, probably is though.

    Just a note to the 56 crew I picked up a 134-f From kodiak this weekend so I'm back in the F-Head crowd.
