Here's a picture of a '62 DJ3A that has chrome bumpers on both ends. http://www.kimballstock.com/results.asp?db=c&image=AUT+15+RK1118+01&imagex=19&searchnum=1

From pictures, it looks like all Surreys had them - but, unless it's been "un-Surryfied", that one is a non-Surrey with chrome bumpers.

nice dj i am currently building one for my little brother his is a 73 and we are still on budget to have it wheel able for less than a grand

right now we are getting ready to finish the tranny crossmember and fire it up this weekend
